The most requested workshop "The ABC's of Managing and Training a Hispanic Workforce" consists on three talks combined with activities that will help you to accomplish these objectives and increase your company's efficiency and productivity.

- The Dimensions of Culture
Culture is more than language. This presentation covers the four dimensions of culture and explains how they relate to Hispanic and American cultures, the workplace, and to different management styles.

- Understanding your Hispanic Workforce: A Social, Cultural, and Economic Approach
Hispanic employees face unimaginable problems adapting to the U.S. To better understand your workers and to make more appropriate business decisions, it is important to know where your workers come from, why they are here, and cultural differences and similarities between their native countries and the U.S.

- Designing and Implementing Effective Food Safety and Other Training Programs for Hispanic Workers
Training can be a challenge when your workforce speaks another language and comes from a different culture. This session will help you to understand and to overcome barriers that occur when implementing training programs for a non-English speaking workforce. Your training programs must take into account the social, cultural, and environmental factors of your employees and your workplace. This session will help you to take into account all of these factors through unique training materials and strategies that have worked well for Hispanic workers and will help you to improve your overall approach to training.
